Lord Cutler Beckett himself is overseeing the voyage aboard the Endeavour, while his trusted Admiral, James Norrington, commands the Dauntless. Both vessels have employed various specialists in preparation to combat both the unholy and unlawful fiends of the Sea. Woe be to any man, woman, or monster who dares challenge the might of the Company's most powerful vessels."

A purely thematic fleet, as my smooth brain was unable to come up with a competitive idea that didn't have obvious shortcomings, this fleet features two of the more prominent English ships from the Caribbean set, since the second and third movies introduced the East India Trading Company. Despite the Dauntless's off-screen sinking in a hurricane between Curse of the Black Pearl and Dead Man's Chest, I feel these two ships that never met realistically embody the might of the English navy, while trying to stick mostly to the Caribbean set, for previously stated thematic reasons. No shade was intentionally thrown in the above flavor text, I'm not hating on other submitted fleets. Just making it overly thematic lol.
The Endeavour needs almost no introduction, and paired with Lawrence, she should be fairly dangerous to almost any opponent. Beckett will hopefully be able to provide extra actions to both ships, though any failures without a reroll, in my opinion, fall perfectly in line with his arrogance as portrayed in the films.
The Dauntless is kitted with both professor Clive Dafoe, to target Sea creatures, and Lynch's Noose, to combat any ship planning to get around her defensive ability via ramming. And I couldn't play the Dauntless without her linked crew, and world-hating captain, Admiral Norrington. It is deeply uncomfortable to me to confidently say that neither ship is assigned a helmsman, but to outpace the Convoy and leave them to the mercy of the Devil's Strait could be quite costly to the EIC.
Ladies, Gents, and all ye other scallywags, for your consideration: The Company's Fleet.
