Might as well take the full sixteen turns to catalog the contents of all of the wind islands to ensure no surprises. Assuming no negative UTs (since we are not allowed to submit any) \u0027Hai Peng\u0027 and \u0027Sol\u0027 will start shipping gold home, being \u0022plussed up\u0022 by Genny Gallows\/\u0027Sea Crane\u0027, who will unload twice per turn courtesy of Lord Mycron. The \u0027Darkhawk II\u0027 will sail around to the explored islands to retrieve the oarsman used for UPS and return them home (to be used again).\n\nOnce we have all the gold (except for the Silver Island) the \u0027Hai Peng\u0027 and \u0027Sol\u0027 will both land within one turn\u0027s movement of the island. Once both are ready (and there are two oarsmen for the \u0027Sea Crane\u0027), \u0027Hai Peng\u0027 will explore the island and UPS the Cursed Silver 3 to the \u0027Sea Crane\u0027, which will become a Cursed Silver 7 when unloaded. The \u0027Sol\u0027 will send the next-highest value coin. We will then build a fort (probably Paradis de la Mer) to ensure the rest of the gold (and therefore all the gold in this scenario) is ours, maximizing our score. At the end of the turn, the Cursed will appear but it will be too late; the Cursed Silver 7 will be gone..."}
