Fog banks might be overly beneficial in allowing an enemy to escape the dragon's wrath, while sargassos and icebergs are pointless to add with the rest of the fleet being 1 masters. Whirlpools probably a bit risky, but might be the best type to include other than reefs. Overall this fleet would propose a tiny number of terrain during setup, in the 0-2 range.

Playtest note (2/18/24): In order to sabotage while ahead, this fleet might want to place 1 each of reef, sargasso sea, and iceberg. If the iceberg and sargasso sea are near their home island, Patagonia can sabotage herself as likely the last ship in the fleet if they want to trigger the no future move actions endgame trigger while they know they're ahead.

Coins: Not sure about potential UT's yet, as they could easily benefit an enemy fleet or hurt this one as much as the opposite. Default would be 7 2's and a 1.

Sunken Treasure: Probably only include if Aristide is not included in the +5 selection, as he'd have to be unloaded to make room for it."}
