Captain Barbossa will be providing both captain and a cannon bonus, making the claws all the more terrifying. And should the bonus still not be enough, a cannoneer will gladly give a miss, a second chance. Additionally, a helmsman provides a boost to the creature's speed, making it a true force to be reckoned with.

HMS Hermes: What better way to be British, than to include Lord Mycron in your fleet? HMS Hermes will remain at her home island, where, according to get Catamaran keyword, she can't be rammed, ABC can't be boarded with her outrigger. This will keep her valuable cargo of Lord Mycron and Administrator Bratley safe from enemy ships, should they manage to avoid certain death at the claws of Raninoidea. And if Hermes needs to move, the ability to ignore terrain may yet come in handy for a daring escape.

Orphan: By golly, is there any ship more annoying than the Speedy Return? Actually yes: the Orphan. As a Catamaran, she can't be rammed, and can't be boarded while her outriggers remain attached, and a successful cannon hit against her can be ignored if her controller rolls a 5-6. To top it off, her stealthy defensive ability makes actually targeting her a nightmare. In addition to her defense, she's got good speed and cargo, boosted by Gentleman Jocard's cargo management skills, giving her a total of 4 available spaces, while also carrying a helmsman and explorer. Speed, cargo, and hard to hit? Now that's a pretty good combo if you ask me.

Events:
-Divers will be used to claim any enemy gold that would be sunk by Raninoidea.
-While a bit of a cheap move, Mermaids will be used to stop enemy ships in their tracks, allowing Raninoidea to have fun smashing ships, out to get the jump on the gold game."}
