Focusing on MIs 1, 2, 4, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 16. CHAOS! We also want as much terrain as the opponent will allow. Fogbanks are good, but also reefs and Sargasso Seas depending on the size of the enemy ships. Whirlpools can also be CHAOS, and probably a good idea to make any part of the map accessible. The \u0027Sleigh\u0027 will be loaded with ten face-down Abandoned Crew, limiting captains and helmsmen as much as possible, and keeping one explorer for themselves. Not only are they worthless as treasure, but any left on board can feed the Altar of the Loa. CHAOS! Treasures contributed will be \u0022Altar of the Loa\u0022, \u0022Maps of Alexandria\u0022\/\u0022Pirate Globe\u0022, \u0022Maps of Hades\u0022, and \u0022Pandora\u0027s Box\u0022. CHAOS!\n((The unspent points are for events, which are not supported on PSMlist. This fleet will use Mermaids, Foul Winds, Becalmed, Rolling Fog, and Cursed Zone.))\n\nThe gameplay strategy is to park \u0027Judas\u0027 in a fog bank and use any double actions to have \u0022Screaming\u0022 Mimi attempt to force enemy ships onto reefs\/sargasso seas or into fog banks. CHAOS! \u0027Banshee\u0027s Cry\u0027 will head out and try to find the Altar, and Mycron will give his action to \u0027Banshee\u0027s Cry\u0027 or \u0027Sleigh\u0027 as needed, pairing them with well-played events to cause CHAOS! Let the opponent collect the other UTs; Pandora\u0027s Box is there for branding\/theming reasons. \u0027CHAOS!\u0027\n\nOnce the altar is found, the \u0027Sleigh\u0027 will dock at\/explore that island and, next turn, start controlling the enemy fleet. Running into terrain, friendly fire, denied actions, MAX CHAOS."}
