Flavor Text :
Hook had this fortification constructed as a base of operations and a port of call for his ship, the Jolly Roger. Since forming an alliance with the native tribes of Neverland it has also become a sort of trade hub, where Hook trades the occasional armament for natural resources offered by Tiger Lilly’s scouts.
